Join the new session of Body Shock Junior for 10-14 year olds every Tuesday & Thursday at 4:30pm, beginning in October. This 2x per week training session runs for 6 weeks (12 classes). Your middle schooler will learn the basics of weight lifting, get strong and gain significant confidence. Led by Certified Trainer, Josh, who is passionate about sharing his training methodology with this age group. Class fee $99 and held at CrossFit Continuity.
Lifting heavy weights can be hard. Maybe that should go without saying, but I mean it in a different way than you’re thinking. Of course, if you’re lifting a great deal of weight, it’s difficult, but today I’m talking more about technique.
