The water provides the resistance you need to get a great workout without damaging your joints. Our warm water pool is very comfortable for swimmers with arthritis and young ones taking swim lessons. Buoyancy reduces joint impact, while the water's resistance challenges your muscles. Aquatic exercise provides a well-balanced workout that improves all components of physical fitness: aerobic conditioning, muscular strength, endurance, flexibility and it burns calories, which improves body composition.
Our locker rooms that lead to the pool are equipped with private saunas so you can relax after you workout or swim!
The length of the pool is 60’ with a water surface of 1305 square feet, ¼ mile swim = 22 lap lengths.
