    Chiropractor Dr. Brian McMaster and Kristin Thomas with Core Wellness Physical Therapy, offer medical services in their private office with in Miami Athletic Club. They offer services such as; Chiropractic Care, Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy, nutrition, stretching, strengthening, spine class, walking technique/mobility and 3 dimensional core training integrated into the walking cycle. All to support and maintain healthy, whole body joint function.

    Catch your summer color at any time of the year! Miami Athletic Club provides 2 private tanning rooms featuring NEW Sunstar Mango Tango beds with a face tanner and the hottest bulbs to give you the darkest tan.

  • O2 Oxygenation

    O2 Oxygenation

    EWOT (pronounced e-watt) is Exercise With Oxygen Training. It is breathing higher levels of oxygen during exercise. You can use an exercise bike, elliptical or another cardio training option.  Any time you are breathing supplemental oxygen during exercise = EWOT. During a 15 minute workout, you will breathe 420% more purity than the normal 21% you are now getting.
