Miami Athletic Club offers over 50 group exercise classes every week with a variety of fitness classes every day! Classes can run 30-60 minutes and some are back to back so you can double up on your workout if you want. Classes are usually beginner to advanced levels with modification given so you can choose your intensity level. Advanced classes feature high intensity burning approximately 400-600 calories per class, and are indicated by the thermometer icon.
