Join the new session of Junior Strength Training for 10-14 year olds every Tuesday & Thursday at 4:30pm, beginning in September. This 2x per week training session runs for 6 weeks for only $75. Your middle schooler will learn the basics of weight lifting and gain significant confidence. Led by Coach Pat at CrossFit Continuity.
