Personal Training

Why hire a Personal Trainer?

At Miami Athletic Club, our Certified Personal Trainers let you set the goals while they work with you. Our experienced personal trainers will get you on track to achieve what you've always wanted with assessments, instruction, accountability and motivation all included.

There are many reasons why working with a Personal Trainer might be right for you. A trainer can motivate you, provide accountability and will help you develop a lifestyle that encourages health. Trainers provide clients with individualized programs because fitness programs are not a one-size fits all. A good trainer will introduce you to a very simple, effective routine and build it so before you know it, you have the confidence and knowledge to decide what is right for you. A trainer can help you reach that next level in your fitness journey and assist you in breaking plateaus. Trainers focus on results and make sure you are using your time efficiently, safely and properly at the gym.

Heather Peschke

BIO:  I have enjoyed working out and being active as long as I can remember. Running, yoga, and various other cardio workouts were my staples. In the spring of 2011 my outlook on fitness completely changed. It isn't about lifting the heaviest weight or running the fastest. It's about pushing yourself outside of your "comfort zone" and finishing a workout that you never thought you could. I believe that being healthy is a "lifestyle" approach. Everyone can find at least 30 minutes a day to get up and move. You owe it to yourself!

I have a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Cincinnati and an MA from Xavier University. I have been married for 10 years. My husband and I were blessed with our beautiful daughter Presley in June 2012. We currently live in Loveland, along with our 3 dogs and cat.
