Parking
It is the time of year when the clubs are very busy and the front parking lot gets full. There is additional parking in the back lot. Use the road between Fitness Xpress and Carpet Land. You can enter the building through the rear door just be sure to check in at the front desk. Please do not park in Walgreen's lot as you risk being towed. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Winter Adverse Weather Policy
When Milford Exempted Schools close for the day due to weather - Both clubs will be open but morning aerobic, water, cycling classes and Child Care will be cancelled.
