Miami Athletic Club & Wellness Center welcomes you as a part of our fitness family. We encourage you to start and/or continue your proactive approach to your health and fitness.
WATER CLASSES

Arthritis Foundation Workout: This class is especially for those who suffer from arthritis pain and stiffness. It emphasizes joint movement to help increase circulation and decrease the pain of osteo and rheumatoid arthritis. Also highly recommended for fibromyalgia, lupus and/or beginning exercisers.
Silversplash: Activate your aqua exercise urge for variety! SilverSplash offers LOTS of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required, and a special SilverSneakers kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination.

Fit For Life: An easy to follow cardio, strengthening and stretching class designed specifically for those who want a fun but slower paced class.
Silver Sneakers Fitness Program: SilverSneakers offers an innovative blend of physical activity, healthy lifestyle and socially oriented programming that allows older adults to take greater control of their health. SilverSneakers members receive:
- A free Miami Athletic Club membership with access to conditioning classes, exercise equipment, pool, sauna and other available amenities
