Class Descriptions
Aqua Mix - This class is for every level.  There will be a variety of formats for each of these classes (core work and yoga stretches).  Done in either in deep or shallow or both.  Come try it out! Arthritis Foundation Workout - This class is especially for those suffering from arthritis.  It emphasizes joint movement to help increase circulation and decrease the pain of osteo and rheumatoid arthritis.  Also highly recommended for fibromyalgia, lupus and/or beginning exercisers.
Aqua Blast Workout - Done mostly in the deep area (10 ft.), with the aid of a flotation belt, these workouts emphasize core strength.  The intensity is determined individually and can be very challenging.  Great for rehabbing injuries.  Participants should be comfortable in deep water. Liquid Flex and Flow - Intertwine the fluidity of toning with the movements of sculpting and you get Liquid Flex and Flow!  Strengthens core muscles while increasing flexibility and improving balance.
Aqua Power - A 30 minute shallow water workout using weights or noodles to develop strength and endurance. *Use of equipment optional. SilverSplash - Activate your aqua exercise urge for variety!  SilverSplash offers LOTS of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance.  No swimming ability is required, and a special SilverSneakers kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination.

Monday-Thursday: 5:00am-9:45pm
Friday: 5:00am-8:45pm
Saturday: 8:00am-5:45pm
Sunday: 10:00am-4:45pm
• NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY
• Please, no food in the pool area
• There is no lap swim during aquatic classes
• During swimming lessons there may only be 1 or 2 lap lanes available
• Children may use the pool only when registered for a class or during family swim when accompanied by an adult
• Note: There may be time changes to the schedule.
