Aquatic Program Overview
Aquatic exercise is the perfect low impact exercise that will promote and enhance your physical and mental health. The water's unique properties allow for exercise at all fitness levels. The water provides the resistance you need to get a great workout without damaging your joints. Buoyancy reduces joint impact, while the water's resistance challenges your muscles. Aquatic exercise provides a well-balanced workout that improves all components of physical fitness: aerobic conditioning, muscular strength, endurance, flexibility and it burns calories, which improves body composition.

Group Aquatic Classes
Activate your aqua urge for variety with a group aquatic class taught by our professional, knowledgeable instructors.
Swim Lessons
The group and private classes in Lori's H2O Skill's are taught by professional, loving and knowledgeable teachers who develop each swimmer based on their individual needs
Lap Swimming
Lap swimming is a great exercise that is easy on the joints, yet excellent to stay in shape, lose weight and feel refreshed.
Family Swim
