AWESOME ABS: A 30 minute workout designed to focus on strengthening your core and toning all parts of your abdominals including your obliques.

BARBELL STRENGTH: This 55 minute strength workout uses more muscles in a variety of ways, accommodating all fitness levels, with progressive options for each exercise. Suitable for all fitness levels.

BUTTS AND GUTS: A 30 minute class designed to target one's problem areas, glutes and abdominals. This class will firm up your butt and flatten your gut!

CARDIO CHALLENGE: Challenge yourself to take your cardio class to the next level. This class is a combination of various cardio formats including HI/LO, Step, and/or Kickboxing. Your heart will definitely be pumping! 5-10 minutes of abdominal exercises will follow the cardio workout.

KEISER CYCLING: This is a group cycling class that incorporates endurance and strength training. You will ride at your own pace and set your own resistance. Anyone can enjoy this fabulous workout! POWER PUMP: Appropriate for all fitness levels, this class will redefine your body through resistance training exercises, organized to follow the principles of pyramid training, super-sets, and straight sets. This class is the perfect compliment to your cardio workouts.

REAR ASSETS: 30 minutes dedicated to improving your Assets in the Rear. This class includes a combination of exercises utilizing the step, weights, Body Bar, Exer-tubes, and Resista-Ball. Don't be surprised if you Sweat off big calories while firming up "what your momma gave you!"

SILVER SNEAKERS: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. SILVER SNEAKER MEMBERSHIPS REQUIRED.

STEP XPRESS: This class is an intermediate step class that is designed to give you a great cardio workout without the complex choreography of an extreme step class in just 30 minutes!

X 45, X 60: Got 45 minutes or an hour? Get extreme results! You will perform simple movements that will burn a maximum amount of calories as you tone your whole body. Simple workout, extreme results!

YOGA FLEX: Yoga flex is appropriate for all fitness levels. This class will guide you through Yoga postures, stretches, and pilates type movements. This is a great way to increase your flexibility, strengthen your core muscles, and help reduce stress.

YOGA POWER HOUR: This class is a challenging aerobic flow of movement, breath, and alignment designed to develop strength, endurance, and deep stretching. ZUMBA: The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and International zest into the mix and you've got ZUMBA!
